Payment over the Internet

You can pay with Dankort, VISA/Dankort, VISA, VISA Elektron, MasterCard/Eurocard, Diners, Maestro or JCB. You can also choose to pay using the so-called e-Dankort where you pay via your own web bank. This is a payment option for the more than two million Danes who currently use web bank services. When you pay with a card, we do not withdraw the amount from your account until your products are dispatched from our warehouse. You receive a receipt for the payment along with your products.
You take no risks by using your Credit & Debit Cards at MyTrendyPhone, as we use an SSL protocol to make sure no one else can "listen in" when your card number or data are being transferred over the Internet. The credit card information is communicated via MyTrendyPhone to PBS or Dibs using a secure, encrypted SSL connection. In other words, we do not and never will see your card information, as this part of the transaction is handled by a certified payment agent.
Internet security is the subject of much discussion, but the fact is your legal position when paying using a card over the Internet is stronger than the use of many other types of payment. When you pay with a charge card, you can get your money back:

  • - If the product is not delivered
  • - If by exercising your right of cancellation, you refuse to receive the product
  • - If money has been withdrawn from your account without your consent

This is your right, and the party which has issued your card (usually your bank) must refund your money within two days after you have lodged your objection. Read more about PBS's information regarding shopping/paying on the here.
